Feature added with the July 2021 update.

You can choose to pass comments that have been added by a user in the main flow to the subflow. You can also choose to pass a comment added by a user in a subflow to the main flow.

How to configure the passing of comments to and from subflows?

1. Navigate to the settings menu on the Subprocess workflow step.
   
    
2. Click on the settings menu and the menu options will appear. Use the dropdown 'Copy comments to subflow'
   
   
   There are 3 options available:
   1. Copy comments from subflow to main flow -> Any comment that was added by a user in the subflow will be copied to the main flow and is visible in the task in the main flow by other users. However, comments created in the main flow are not passed to the subflow and hence users in the subflow are unable to see the comments.
   2. Copy comments from the main flow to subflow -> any comment that was added by a user in the main flow will be copied to the subflow and is visible by the user in the subflow. However, comments created in the subflow are not passed to the main flow and hence users in the main flow are unable to see comments added in the subflow.
   3. Copy comments from and to subflow -> Copies any comment from the main flow to the subflow and any comment added in the subflow to the main flow. Hence users in the main flow and subflow can see all comments from both flows in a task.
