List of Service Task Actions:
ABBYY OCR Searchable PDF service task provides Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for JPG, TIF and PDF files. The Abby OCR Searchable PDF service task returns a PDF file containing the Image as well as the Text. This file can be used by other service tasks for example to Extract Information or classify document. The PDF file can also be exported or sent via email.
ABBYY supports a large list of languages for OCR which are in this service task automatically detected. A full list of ABBYY's supported languages can be found here.
ABBYY OCR Searchable PDF is using Abbyy's cloud service to do the OCR and creation of the PDF.
ABBYY FineReader OCR Searchable PDF is hosted by CumulusPro.
ABBYY MRZ is able to extract the Machine Readable Zone of Passports.
This service task finds a machine-readable zone on the image and extracts data from it.
Machine-readable zone (MRZ) is typically found on official travel or identity documents of many countries. It can have 2 lines or 3 lines of machine-readable data. This method allows to process MRZ written in accordance with ICAO Document 9303 (endorsed by the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission as ISO/IEC 7501-1)).

Integrating into AFAS Software for Invoice+. The functionality includes the AFAS Online DB Sync and the AFAS Online Update Connector.

AI Extraction provides extraction of indexfields for Invoices and other documents based on Machine Learning. The basic setup, such as Invoice, is configured by the CumulusPro AI team. The process then passes the documents to extract to the AI Extraction service task. The AI Extraction service task will extract the indexes from the documents and returns them to Straatos.
Ai Extraction has primary been developed and finetuned for invoices. However, other documents can as well be processed and make use of the machine Learning.
An additional step is the AI Validation. This module allows a user to see the extracted values for an invoice (similar to Web Validation). In addition, the user can point and click where the information should be found in case it is not correctly detected by AI Extraction. AI Extraction uses this user corrected values to improve the extraction in future through machine learning.
In contrast to other solutions, AI Extraction does not need the creation of templates or of rules based flows. A simple point and click to indicate to the engine what should be the right value is sufficient for the engine to learn this for future invoices.

Creates a single PDF from multiple PDF files within Straatos. This service Task is normally used just before Export, when multiple PDF files within one document should be merged into a single file for storage in the backend system.
This service task normally works together with the option 'Create Separate Pages from PDF' of the Start Event (being set to 'On') and the Web Validation module. An example scenario where this can be used is the following:

Export to Google drive will export a document to Google Drive. The Google Account to be used can be setup in the Authentication - Account part. Documents and Metadata will then be written to Google Drive.
Export to SharePoint exports a document to Office365 SharePoint.
SendGrid is an Email as a Service offering. You can send email notification via SendGrid from within Straatos. Email's can contain Text, HTML and attachments.
SendGrid has currently a free plan (at the time of this writing, subject to changes by SendGrid)
Once signed up, use the API Key provided by SendGrid to send the emails under your own account.
We also recommend to Whitelabel the Domain. The Advantage is that emails sent out will be in your name, with your domain which increases the trust in your email. See the SendGrid domain whitelabel documentation page for more details.

Currently only available for the CumulusPro Mobile Capture v2. This service tasks lets you send notifications to the Mobile Capture Application. For example "thank you for your application, we got it!" to let the user know that you received the submission.
It can also be used to ask the user to update the information of the index fields or to submit an additional page (for example if the user did not submit an ID document).
This task works together with the 'Send Notification Message'. In case the user does not respond to the send notification (by uploading a document or modifying the index fields), you may want to continue the process, for example as an exception after 5 days. In this case you want to first disable the message, so the user can no longer submit those missing informations.
Tesseract Full Page OCR provides Optical Character Recognition for TIF, JPG files and is an alternative to the ABBYY FullPage OCR service task action.
Similar to ABBYY MRZ, Tesseract reads and extracts information from the Machine Readable Zone from Passports.

Integrate with zapier (www.zapier.com) to start a workflow (Start Event) or to send documents to Zapier. Zapier has more than 500 integrations into other systems and with the Straatos to Zapier integration we enable those integrations for any of your Straatos flows.

After selecting Zapier as a Action, create a user in your workflow that has Zapier rights (see Function Zapier in Authentication - Role).
