Creating Organisations with ready templates

Benefits:

What does the template do:

Creating an organisation with Templates

Launching the 4-step-process

  1. Log into the admin panel
  2. On the group level, click on the 'Create Organisation' Tile
  3. This will now launch the 4 step process
Note: If you do not see the 'Create Organisation' Tile, you may not have the permission on group level or you are on an organisation level. Typically when you see only blue tiles.

Step 1: Select a template

In the first screen, choose a template from the available templates

If you do not wish to create a new organisation, click on cancel at the bottom right.

Step 2: Set your Organisation Name

In this step, set the Organisation name. The default name is the template name with postfix 'copy'. You can enter here any name. You can as well change this later in the Organisation under the 'Organisation Settings' tile.

If the template is using Straatos (workflows) you do not need to set a destination server and hence you can click on next.

If you use a template that does not use Straatos by default, then you can select the destination where documents are uploaded to. See the screen below for an example.

Choose from the dropdown the destiation

Step 3: Create and Invite users

In this step, you can create and invite users. Each template defines the number of users to start with. The role of the user is displayed in each user tile.

  1. Enter the username (ideally email address) in the tile.
  2. When you click onto the next tile (or in an empty space), you will be prompted if you want to invite the user.
    1. If you click yes, the user receives an email invitation with a link where the user can 1) set up the password and then log into the client.
    2. If you click no, then the user does not receive an email and you will need to inform the users separately and also set a password manually.

If you do not want to create all users at this stage, you can delete the users by clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of each user tile.

Before you can move to the next step, you need to ensure all red exclamation marks on the user tiles are removed. You can remove them by either entering a username or by deleting the user tile.

If you do not see any users, and receive a message  "No Users in this template", this means that the template has no users setup or does not require any users. In this case you can click next.

Step 4: Create links for the users to access the system

In this step, you can create links to the various applications for CumulusPro.

On the screen below, enter the URL postfix you would like to have. By default this is the organisation name, less any special characters. If you are happy with it, click on 'Save'

After you click save, you will see a list of links where users can access various applications directly:

Note: You can later find those links in the 'Links' tile in your organisation.

Click next to complete the setup. We display an overview of the users we have created and the link to the admin panel. By clicking close, you will return to the admin panel and your organisation can now be accessed in the admin panel.

Available Templates

The following templates are available from CumulusPro:

Blank Template

This creates a new organisation without any preconfigured settings. Use this to start with a blank canvas and create your own settings. This template is the same as when you created an organisation without the 4 step process.

Invoice Processing

A pre-configured Invoice Process Workflow. Ideally to start with invoice processing or to use as a demo.

Scan+Upload

Want to just use our scan and mobile apps? This configures the scan and mobile clients to a destination on the server of your choosing or directly to your iConnector.

Creating your own templates

Apart from using the CumulsPro provided Templates, you can create your own templates.

Note: you must have access at Group level to the admin panel, not only on organisation level.

Organisations appear in templates when they are part of a template group. Here are the steps to create a template group:

  1. Create a new Group
  2. Give the group a name
  3. Click onto the new Group Tile, so that the group opens
  4. Click on Group Settings
  5. Set the option 'Is template group' to On:
  6. Now any organisation in this group will appear as a template.

Note, they only appear within the same group hierarchy. Hence, you can make those templates available to your partners/customers if they are in the same group hiearchy (or lower). However, they are not shown to other CumulusPro Parnters or Customers. Means they are your Templates.
