- Caching of search and filter: When a user searches for tasks or filters based on columns, the TaskUI will cache the search criteria. When the user opens a task, and then returns to the tasklist, the cached filter/search will be used to display the documents. This option is available in global search only.
- Assign and Unassign tasks: Possibility to configure buttons in the TaskUI to assign / unassign tasks to the logged-in user. These tasks can be shown in a separate folder (for example, "My Documents")
- Compact view of tasklist: Updated design to display more lines in the tasklist.
- Show eml files (e-mail documents) in the TaskUI Viewer: Users can now select eml files and this eml will be shown in the TaskUI viewer
- Allow users to set 1000 tasks per page in the TaskUI
- Advanced Search on Archive: display all index fields and possible to search in ranges and other search options

- Renaming Additional Data in Script: The name of the additional Data can be changed in a script task.
- Split Function for Additional Data: A PDF file with additional Data can be split into multiple files via the script task. The files can either be added to the same task or to different tasks.
- Straatos API v2
- Tasks API call can return the tasks sorted ascending or descending based on the timestamp.
- The Info API returns the configuration of a specific user task for tables: The Info API returns settings on tables that are made in a user task and overwrites global settings. For example, if a table is set to 'hidden = false' globally, but a user task sets it to 'hidden = true', this information is now returned to the Info API call.
- Privileged Access Management: An API where Privileged Access Management for Admin Functionality can be defined at Organisation level and the users can enable/disable privileged access when they need to perform Admin Tasks. This applies to Straatos API v2 functions.
- Unassign from User: API call to unassign a document from a user
- Archive - Delete Document: An API to delete a document from an Archive.
- Archive - Set Document Lifecyle: The option to define a Document Lifecyle duration so that documents will be automatically removed from the archive at the end of the lifecycle. The setting can be made globally and can be overridden for each document if desired.
- Archive - Set Legal Hold: The ability to set a legal hold on an archived document. If the legal hold is set to true, the document will not be deleted from the archive even the end of the lifecycle is reached.

- In the Straatos Monitor when a workflow step is selected and the table with the tasks is displayed, there is a new column 'Files' which lets you see all the files of a task, including Original File and additional data.
- In the Straatos Monitor when a workflow step is selected and the table with the tasks is displayed, the script log column has moved to the front part of columns (before all index fields) to make it easier for developers to quickly access the script logs.

- The workflow reports have now an optional ability to export the history for a specific workflow step only or/and a specific documentId.

- Creating a Searchable PDF from Azure Machine Learning (OCR) as an additional option for creating Searchable PDF. Contact us for more details.
- Improved the Email and FTP import and included a test button in the configuration to test the connection and accessibility of the email or ftp servers.

- STAR: Straatos Archive and Retrieval solution, in this release the first part (Archive) is implemented. The following features have been implemented

SAML-based Single-Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Azure Active Directory- Straatos now supports Single-Sign-On with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) (XML-based framework for authentication and authorization between two entities: a Service Provider and an Identity Provider (IdP)). Users are not required to sign in again when accessing Straatos if their access has already been authenticated by the Microsoft Azure Active Directory (the 'ldP'). At the same time, user accounts are added automatically in Straatos during user's first successful login.

New ‘Manage User' role - Users with ‘Manage User” role can create new user accounts, assign roles to users, disable and enable accounts, reset passwords etc.

Custom Password Policy - Straatos administrators can create separate password policies for their user groups. Each policy can be created with different maximum login attempts, session timeout limit; password history policy enforcement (restrict the use of old passwords), minimum password age policy(forces the user to change their passwords regularly after a number of days).

Enhanced Straatos security - User password policies like ‘minimum password length’, ‘Passwords Must Meet Complexity Requirements policy (eg passwords cannot contain user names), weak passwords checks are now available. Another security enhancement added is the incremental-delayed login after 3 unsuccessful attempts (on top of the current Account Lockout feature).

Improved backend performance - A new queuing framework is implemented in Straatos to handle high volume processing of tasks and backend processes.

Enabling/Disabling of Accounts - User Accounts now have an option where an Administrator or a user with the role 'Manage User' can enable or disable a user account.

Enhanced iConnector framework-security- New security option is available in iConnector framework to enforce an authenticated user session for uploading of documents. This is especially useful if Mobile Apps are built with CumulusPro Mobile SDK and only authenticated Straatos users can upload documents from the Mobile App.

The following major features have been implemented
- White-label service-Ability to white-label the Straatos MyHome and Admin Panel interfaces based on customer’s corporate requirements. (eg, Add favicon, company logos, modify color themes and fonts, and custom URL). .
- Language localisation- New “Export from” and “Import to” Excel functions are added into the Admin panel (under Group settings). This helps to make language translation of the MyHome interface much easier. Export the current web labels in English (to Excel format) , translate the text to any language and then import the edited Excel back to Admin Panel group settings.
- Document time-based access control - This is used when integration with third-party web services (server to server) is required and the services are incompatible with token-based security. Process administrator can configure time-based access (in minutes from time of document creation) that is open to these web services providers. Once the third party web services have processed the document and returns the results within the set duration, the document will no longer be accessible.
- OMR and OCR Zonal Setup User Interface - A simple-to-use graphical template configurator is added for the setup of OMR and OCR Zones for forms processing needs.
- Unzip - Unzip function has been added to the task script and Interact API libraries, which means uploaded ZIP files on Straatos can be automatically unzipped and the extracted content (images, text files) can be used as workflow processes.
- Configurable user views of documents in task - In the new release, Process Administrators Administers can configure the type of documents that are displayed and revealed to users when they work on their tasks in MyHome
Bug fixing and minor improvements
- Password reset ability for users without email, after login.
- Convert JPG-to-PDF - Ability to create PDF output from JPG images.
- Convert PDF to JPG - Ability to create a JPG output from a PDF file.

The following major features have been implemented:
- Custom UI - Able to provide your own user interface in MyHome for displaying the index fields, Buttons and Viewer. Either by providing a link to the hosted site or by uploading a zip file with the contents of the webpage. This allows you to provide a user experience optimised for your particular process. - Throttle - Automated Tasks can now be throttled. By default, Straatos processes 10 tasks per activity at the same time. In some cases, it may be necessary to manually adjust the throttle so that fewer documents are processed in parallel. For example if an external engine has limited performance capabilities. Bug fixing and minor improvements:
- Infinite Loop prevention - In earlier versions of the workflow it was possible to create infinite processing loops for tasks that could not be terminated. In this version, Straatos abords any processing of a task if the task has passed through 300 workflow steps.

2 Factor Authentication with Google Authenticator App. The 2FA can be enabled on user level as an option, or enabled at the organisation or group level. When enabled at the organisation and group level, users in the organisation and group are required to use 2FA to login. More information about using and configuring 2FA can be found here.

Reference point in Process Designer. A reference point has been introduced in this release. The point is located at the top-left corner corner of the designer canvas. With a click of the button
. (located above the zoom in(+) and out (-) buttons) , users resets the designer canvas to the original position. This allows users to align the process diagram when it gets too big.

My Home Task filter and sort options . Task id, workflow step and workflow names are now added into sort and filter options.

Introduction of tool tips, user tooltips and onboarding messages. When new features, product notes or specific user tips are introduced, a pop up messages displays additional information to the user. In this october release, these pop-up messages will display Release Notes description and 2FA setup instruction. This messages will only appear one time.
